McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton has apologised for his outburst after his disappointing Monaco Grand Prix.
The 26 year old apologised to fans on his Twitter page.
Hey guys. I wanted to apologise 4 last weekends performance & also my comments after, I never meant to offend no1.
He also apologised to fellow drivers Felipe Massa and Pastor Maldonado.

Both of whom Lewis initially felt turned in on him when trying to overtake at the Monte Carlo road circuit.
Lewis’ stated in an interview with the BBC that Stewards at last weekend’s race were unfairly targeting him because of his race.
He has since reportedly made peace with race stewards and attributed his outburst to frustration at his result.
